Shift Type: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (Nights), specific shift dates vary per diem

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to geriatric residents including assisting with daily activities
Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Document care provided accurately and timely

Qualifications

Active Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification in Maryland
Current CPR/BLS certification
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or have an approved exemption

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of geriatric care principles and safety protocols
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills for documentation
