Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (specific days not provided, but appears to be a standard weekday evening shift)

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and support to geriatric patients
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing
Monitor and report changes in patient condition
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care

Qualifications

Current certification as a Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of geriatric care principles and practices

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required
Certification as a Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) preferred

Knowledge & Skills
