Shift Type: Night shift, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to geriatric residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
- Support residents during meals and ensure proper nutrition and hydration
- Engage residents in activities to promote mental and physical well-being
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Qualifications
- Certified Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) in the state of Maryland
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility is a plus
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to quality care
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic nursing and patient care principles
- Time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with infection control practices
