Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to geriatric patients, helping them thrive
- Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and vital signs monitoring
- Support activities of daily living with patience and empathy
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure top-notch resident care
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all
Qualifications
- Active GNA certification in Maryland
- Current state or federal issued ID and photo badge
- Completed COVID-19 vaccine series or documented exemption
Education
- GNA certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong geriatric care expertise
- Excellent patient interaction and communication
- Attention to detail in daily resident support
