Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and thorough dental hygiene care to patients of all ages
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures with precision and care
• Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment plans
• Ensure strict compliance with infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Virginia
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining quality care

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instrumentation
• Knowledge of dental software and electronic health records
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• A team-oriented mindset with a passion for patient care
