Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead systems project management and software support for the hospital's EHR and clinical applications
Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and training to ensure smooth clinical workflows
Participate in the selection, development, implementation, testing, and documentation of software applications
Collaborate with the IS team to improve service delivery across the hospital and its affiliates
Drive continuous improvement in clinical information systems to support better patient care

Qualifications

2+ years of previous Epic experience required
5 years of Information Services Systems Analyst experience required
PMP, CPHIMS, or CPHIT certification preferred
Advanced degree in Healthcare Informatics, Medicine, Information Systems, or Healthcare Administration preferred
Strong self-motivation and excellent communication skills

Education

Advanced Degree in Healthcare Informatics related fields such as Medicine, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or health related field preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Epic Electronic Health Record expertise
Clinical Informatics and EHR systems knowledge
Project management and software implementation skills
Troubleshooting and technical documentation abilities
Training and user support experience
