Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on occupational therapy to empower patients' independence
Collaborate with rehab teams to create personalized treatment plans
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises that rebuild skills and confidence
Monitor progress and celebrate meaningful milestones with your clients
Foster a positive, healing atmosphere in the Bear Canyon facility

Qualifications

Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
Current state licensure in New Mexico
Compassionate approach with a knack for patient motivation
Team player ready to make a difference in rehab care

Education

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) certification

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in therapeutic techniques and patient assessment
Strong communication for building trust with patients and families
Adaptability in a dynamic rehab setting
Proficiency with rehab equipment and documentation
