Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents throughout the overnight shift
Assist with activities of daily living including mobility support and personal care
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
Build meaningful connections with residents while respecting their dignity and preferences

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant license in Maine
Current CPR certification
Reliable transportation to Waterville facility
Ability to work independently during overnight hours
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Understanding of resident care protocols and safety procedures
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a care team
Attention to detail when documenting care activities
Compassionate approach to supporting elderly or disabled individuals
Physical stamina for assisting with mobility and transfers
