Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct care to residents, making a real difference in their daily lives
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to ensure top-notch patient safety
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver personalized, high-quality support
- Maintain a clean and safe environment that residents love to call home
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in good standing
- Current state or federal issued ID and photo badge ready
- Completed COVID-19 vaccine series or documented exemption
- Ready to commit to a 16-week local contract adventure
Education
- CNA certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong bedside manner and empathy for residents
- Basic clinical skills like vital signs and personal care
- Team player attitude with excellent communication
