Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily living support to patients with dignity and respect
• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming) while promoting independence
• Monitor patients and report any changes in condition to nursing staff promptly
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and charting
• Support safe patient transfers and mobility with proper technique
• Contribute to a positive care environment through teamwork and clear communication

Qualifications

• Active CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification required
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
• Reliable transportation and ability to meet per diem scheduling needs
• Ability to pass background check and required screenings
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude
• Previous CNA experience preferred but new grads with certification are welcome

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and infection control
• Skill in safe patient handling and mobility assistance
• Ability to document care accurately and communicate with clinical teams
• Familiarity with patient privacy (HIPAA) and safety procedures
• Attention to detail, reliability, and empathy in patient interactions
