Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and support daily living activities
• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding and mobility with dignity
• Take and record vital signs accurately and report concerns promptly
• Support nursing staff with timely documentation and care tasks
• Communicate clearly with residents, families and the care team to promote safety and comfort
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for patients

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant) — required
• Current state eligibility or ability to obtain required CNA credentials
• Demonstrated compassion, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills
• Basic ability to take vitals, follow care plans, and document care accurately
• Willingness to work per diem shifts including early starts

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on experience with activities of daily living (ADLs) and patient hygiene
• Comfortable taking and documenting vital signs and patient observations
• Good communication and teamwork skills in fast-paced care settings
• Basic infection control and safety practices
• Ability to follow care plans and escalate changes in patient status
