Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents in their daily activities
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene needs
• Support mobility and transfer assistance with safety and dignity
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health and well-being
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR certification preferred
• At least 6 months of experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Basic understanding of infection control and safety protocols
