Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Take and record vital signs, promptly reporting any changes to nursing staff
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to keep them safe and comfortable
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming living environment
• Document care provided accurately and thoroughly
• Build meaningful relationships and bring warmth and positivity to every resident's day

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS or CPR certification (preferred but not required)
• A genuine passion for helping others
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist with resident transfers

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and work as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
• Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
