Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, rotating schedule with 2 days one week and 4 days the next

Hours per Week: 24

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant license in West Virginia
Point-Click-Care experience required
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a care team

Knowledge & Skills

Point-Click-Care electronic health record system
Resident care and safety protocols
Infection control practices
Compassionate bedside manner
