Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Thursday, August 27, 2026 - 6:45 AM to 3:00 PM (Shift 1, 30-minute meal break)
Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily living assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and changes in resident condition
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to maintain safety and comfort
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement personalized care plans
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for residents
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team to ensure high-quality care
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Maine
- Completed COVID-19 vaccine or documented medical/religious exemption per facility policy
- Ability to provide a state or federal issued photo ID and wear a badge at all times
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to resident dignity
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic nursing assistant duties and infection control practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
- Adaptability and teamwork in a fast-paced care environment
