Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents, making a real difference in their lives
Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and vital signs to ensure comfort and safety
Support activities of daily living with a warm, positive approach
Collaborate with the care team to deliver top-notch resident experiences
Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in New Mexico
Current BLS certification preferred
Genuine passion for helping others thrive
Reliable and ready to jump into per diem shifts

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals and safety protocols
Strong communication and empathy skills
Attention to detail in daily resident support
