Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Start Date: 05-18-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with on-call rotation
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine imaging procedures including myocardial perfusion and lung perfusion scans
- Operate GE equipment and utilize EPIC EMR for patient documentation
- Ensure patient safety, prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals
- Collaborate with a team of technologists and students to deliver high-quality care
- Participate in on-call rotation for weekend coverage
Qualifications
- Must hold active ARRT or NMTCB certification in Nuclear Medicine
- Current BLS certification
- Valid Utah State license as a Radiologic Technologist or Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Minimum 2 years of nuclear medicine experience
- Hardworking and dedicated personality fit
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in EPIC EMR
- Knowledge of GE imaging equipment
- Ability to perform myocardial perfusion and lung perfusion procedures
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Team collaboration and adaptability
