Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care during night shifts
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement care plans and treatments
• Closely monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care provided
• Advocate for patient comfort, safety, and dignity around the clock

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in your discipline
• Active, unencumbered professional license or certification in your field
• Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon offer)
• Night shift availability with reliable attendance
• Flexibility to adapt to new facilities and protocols quickly

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
• Compassion and cultural sensitivity when caring for diverse patient populations
