Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate patient care that puts people first
• Collaborate with the care team to drive positive health outcomes
• Adapt quickly to new facilities and charting systems
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Advocate for patients and create a healing, supportive environment

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
• Active professional licensure in good standing (or ability to obtain)
• Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Strong dedication to high-quality, patient-centered care

• Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and resilience in changing environments
• Comfort with electronic health records
• A compassionate, empathetic approach to patient care
