End Date: 08-25-2026

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM, every other weekend, call required (2-3 weekend days/month 12 hours, 3-4 weekday calls/month)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in diverse OR cases from ortho totals and scopes to GYN oncology and neuro procedures
Prepare operating rooms and equipment for 12-15 daily cases across 6 rooms
Collaborate with STs, nursing assistants, and charge nurses in a fast-paced acute care environment
Utilize Cerner Surginet for seamless documentation
Support robotics, DaVinci, and vascular procedures that make a real difference in patient outcomes

Qualifications

3 years of Surgical Tech experience
BLS Certification required
OR Tech experience in high-volume settings
Familiarity with Cerner Surginet a plus

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in ortho, urology, GYN, neuro, vascular, general surgery, ENT, and robotics
Proficiency with Omnicell pharmacy system
Adaptability to varied case types including scopes, hysterectomies, and tumor resections
Team collaboration in busy OR with scheduler and billing support
