Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Empower patients to regain independence through personalized therapy plans
- Design and implement innovative interventions that transform lives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Assess functional abilities and create meaningful rehabilitation goals
- Educate patients and families on strategies for long-term success
Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing
- BLS certification
- New Jersey license or ability to obtain quickly
- Passionate about helping others achieve their best
- Commitment to evidence-based practice
Education
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques
- Strong patient assessment and goal-setting abilities
- Excellent communication for building trust and rapport
- Proficiency with documentation and progress tracking
- Creative problem-solving in diverse clinical scenarios
