Shift Type: Days, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, every other weekend first to float, one Sunday per month, leader oncall phone

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $109 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the L&D, Postpartum, and Mother-Baby/NICU team with confidence and care
Oversee high-risk patient populations including preeclampsia and hemorrhage cases
Circulate and recover C-sections in the dedicated OR suite
Titrate essential drips like insulin while following AWHONN guidelines
Float to support PP/MB as needed to ensure seamless patient care
Collaborate with OB/CNM team and read fetal strips using Philips monitors

Qualifications

Active RN license ready to submit
2+ years of experience in L&D, Mother-Baby or NICU
BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring certifications
Comfortable in acute care settings with high-risk obstetrics

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in high-risk OB including HTN, high BMI, and hemorrhage management
Proficiency with Cerner EFM and Fetal-Link systems
Skill in reading fetal strips and titrating drips
Strong leadership for interim management role
