Staff Registered Nurse (RN) – Case Management RN
Location: Everett, Washington
Start Date: 05-01-2026
End Date: 06-26-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 4x10 Days, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $91.2 - $63.84 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care across diverse units including Med Surg, LLOS, and ED
- Master discharge planning to ensure seamless transitions home
- Champion care coordination for optimal patient outcomes
- Float between Colby and Pacific campuses to support hospital-wide needs
- Deliver acute care expertise in a bustling Level II Trauma Center
Qualifications
- RN licensure or MSW with 1+ year of experience
- BLS certification required
- Acute care, discharge planning, and care coordination experience
- Pending license accepted, first-timers welcome
- Diverse CM experience in Med Surg, LLOS, ED strongly preferred
Education
- RN licensure or MSW required
