Location: Rio Rancho, New Mexico

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Empower patients to regain their voices and communication skills through personalized therapy sessions
- Develop and implement innovative treatment plans that make real differences in daily lives
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care
- Assess speech, language, and swallowing disorders with compassion and expertise
- Track progress and celebrate milestones with patients and families
Qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in New Mexico
- CCC-SLP certification preferred
- Experience in rehabilitation or skilled nursing settings
- BLS certification
- New Mexico caregivers account as required
Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in speech and language disorders
- Skilled in swallowing assessments and therapy
- Strong patient communication and empathy
- Proficiency with therapy tools and documentation
- Adaptability in fast-paced rehab environments
