Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional critical care to ICU patients, monitoring vital signs and responding swiftly to changes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and execute life-saving treatment plans
Advocate fiercely for patients and their families during vulnerable moments
Manage complex medical equipment and administer precise interventions with confidence
Educate patients and loved ones, empowering them through challenging recoveries

Qualifications

Active RN license in Louisiana or compact state
ICU nursing experience that shows you're ready for high-stakes action
BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong clinical judgment and a calm demeanor under pressure
