End Date: 08-17-2026
Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM, or 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $78 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver rapid, compassionate care in a high-volume ER handling up to 317 patients daily
- Manage diverse cases from trauma and strokes to peds and STEMIs with skill and confidence
- Collaborate with MDs, mid-levels, RTs, and techs to stabilize and treat critically ill patients
- Interpret tele strips accurately while supporting a dynamic team environment
- Float to nearby Arroyo Grande ER when needed to broaden your impact
Qualifications
- Active RN license with at least 2 years of ER experience
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS
- TNCC preferred for those extra trauma-ready skills
- Travel experience a plus for seamless adaptation
Education
- RN licensure required, BSN preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in Cerner EMR for efficient documentation
- Expertise in managing vents, trauma bays, and psych patients
- Strong assessment skills for fast-paced, high-acuity environments
- Comfortable with 1:4 ratios and occasional ICU-level 1:1 or 1:2 care
