Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations in general, vascular, and OB-GYN specialties
• Assist with interventional procedures including thoracentesis, paracentesis, biopsies, and drainages
• Operate advanced imaging equipment such as Siemens Acuson S200 and GE Logiq E10
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and the healthcare team to ensure accurate diagnosis
• Document and maintain patient records in EMR (Allscripts) and PACS (InteleRad)

Qualifications

• Active BLS certification
• RDMS certification
• NH MIRT Licensure - must have in hand prior to submission
• At least 2 years of ultrasound experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• Strong scanning skills and ability to recognize normal from abnormal findings
• Compassionate and professional demeanor

Knowledge & Skills

• Anatomy and pathology knowledge
• Sonographic physics and techniques
• General, vascular, and OB-GYN sonography
• Experience with Siemens or GE ultrasound systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
