Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
Support safe patient transfers and mobility with attention to comfort
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
Help create a clean, respectful, and dignified environment for patients
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver consistent, patient-centered care

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in California (required)
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Previous experience as a nursing assistant or in direct patient care is a plus
Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
Ability to pass background and health screenings as required

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Successful completion of an accredited CNA program and state certification

Knowledge & Skills

Comfortable assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting)
Basic vital signs measurement and observation skills
Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
Reliable time management and the ability to follow care plans
