Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate post-anesthesia care to pediatric patients
• Monitor vital signs and manage pain levels during recovery
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure safe patient transitions
• Educate families on post-operative care instructions

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
• Current BLS and PALS certifications
• Experience in PACU, critical care, or pediatric nursing preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Pediatric patient assessment and monitoring
• Post-anesthesia care protocols
• Effective communication with patients and families
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
