Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, family-centered care to pediatric patients on a medical-surgical unit
• Assess, plan, and implement nursing interventions for children with a variety of conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and standards

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
• Pediatric or Med/Surg experience preferred, but we welcome passionate new grads!
• BLS certification required; PALS preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced pediatric environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
