Shift Type: 36 hours nights, rotating including weekends

Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to med-surg patients across the float pool
Float seamlessly between units to support where you're needed most
Collaborate with dynamic teams to make a real difference in patient outcomes
Monitor and assess patients with compassion and precision
Advocate for patients ensuring their needs are always front and center

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
BLS certification
Recent med-surg experience preferred
Ready to pass skills checklists, competency exams, EKG, and pharmacology tests

Education

RN degree from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong med-surg nursing fundamentals
Float pool adaptability and quick learning
EKG interpretation and pharmacology expertise
Excellent patient assessment and communication skills
