Location: Spokane, Washington

Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Rotating shifts, variable days
Candidate Pay Rate: $44 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality respiratory care to pediatric patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Monitor patient responses to therapy and adjust as needed
- Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments and equipment
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications
- Current Washington State Respiratory Therapist license
- BLS certification required; PALS preferred
- Previous pediatric experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in respiratory therapy modalities including oxygen delivery, aerosol therapy, and mechanical ventilation
- Ability to assess and respond quickly to changes in patient conditions
- Excellent interpersonal skills for working with children and families
