Shift Type: Rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends as needed

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $44 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide respiratory therapy care to pediatric patients in a specialized hospital setting
Administer respiratory treatments and therapies as prescribed
Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments accordingly
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Educate patients and families on respiratory care plans

Qualifications

Current Respiratory Therapist license in Washington state
BLS certification required
Experience in pediatric respiratory therapy preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in respiratory therapy techniques and equipment
Understanding of pediatric respiratory conditions and treatments
Excellent patient assessment and critical thinking skills
Comfortable using electronic medical records
Dedication to providing compassionate, family-centered care
