Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality respiratory care to pediatric patients
• Administer breathing treatments and manage ventilators
• Monitor patient responses and adjust therapies accordingly
• Collaborate with nursing and medical teams to optimize outcomes
• Provide education to patients and families on respiratory management

Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Ohio
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Previous pediatric or acute care experience preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in ventilator management and airway care
• Knowledge of respiratory pharmacology and treatment protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced clinical environments
