Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 4 on 2 off rotation

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $40 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care to Alzheimer's/Dementia residents
Assess and develop individualized care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) or Travel RN license
Experience in long-term care or similar setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and care planning
Medication management and administration
Communication and interpersonal skills
Time management and organization
