Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and therapists
Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans
Educate patients and caregivers on safe mobility techniques

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
CPR certification
Experience in a SNF or geriatric rehab setting preferred
Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
