Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direction and guidance for hospital staff in interpretation and application of policies and procedures
Organize workflow and ensure staff understand their duties
Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
Assume responsibility for supervision and administrative decision making

Qualifications

Degree from a Nursing Program
Minimum of 3 years' experience as an RN in a hospital setting
Recent ICU or experience
Licensed registered nurse in the State of Montana
CPR, ACLS, and PALS required

Education

Degree from a Nursing Program

Knowledge & Skills

Advanced nursing principles and procedures
Care of post-operative patients
Medical patients
Cardiac monitoring
Exceptional leadership and people skills
Customer service oriented
