Roles & Responsibilities

Provide diagnostic evaluations and treatment to assigned patients
Help patients reach maximum performance levels and use skills learned to function in the community
Design and administer treatment programs to increase patients' levels of functioning
Instruct patients in adapted techniques and the use of adaptive equipment
Maintain timely and accurate patient records and reports

Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
Current valid WA state Occupational Therapist license
One year of experience preferred, but new grads are welcome

Education

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
