Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a medical step-down unit
Manage patients with complex conditions such as sepsis, heart failure, and respiratory failure
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license required
2 years of experience in a medical step-down unit
ACLS and BLS certifications required

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and management
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
