Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a PCU setting
Manage patient assignments and prioritize tasks effectively
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Utilize EPIC EMR system and Alaris IV pumps
Participate in hourly rounding and responsiveness initiatives

Qualifications

Current RN license
ACLS and BLS certification required
Telemetry experience preferred
EPIC experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in PCU setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Basic computer skills and EPIC experience
