Roles & Responsibilities

Provide nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices
Function as the primary liaison between patients, staff and providers
Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to meet the needs of the patient
Take vital signs, triage patient calls, refill prescriptions, complete necessary prior authorizations

Qualifications

Graduate of a Nursing Program
Current State LPN license
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
