Bill Rate: $79,310.00 to $103,103.00

Roles & Responsibilities

Counsel clients about various mental health concerns
Enhance clients' capacity to address their own needs
Provide screening follow-up, crisis intervention, brief therapy, case management, and referrals as needed
Collaborate with primary care providers and medical staff

Qualifications

Master degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work
LMFT, LPC, LBHP, or LCSW licensure
2 years of experience in direct clinical care
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with diverse cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic groups

Education

Master degree in a human service related field

Knowledge & Skills

Counseling and therapy skills
Case management and crisis intervention skills
Basic computer knowledge and standard office equipment usage skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to establish rapport quickly with diverse individuals and families
