Roles & Responsibilities

Provides direct patient care and evaluates functional needs and outcomes
Designs and implements individualized plans of care for patients
Conducts therapy practices within defined standards of care
Directs support staff to achieve patient goals
Communicates effectively with healthcare professionals
Maintains accurate documentation and updates patient records
Enhances professional growth through education and training

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Current Washington State license or application in process
At least one year of experience as a physical therapist preferred
