Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and communities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Collaborate with primary care providers and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
Active LISW license in Iowa
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
Experience working in rural or medically underserved settings is a plus
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
