Shift Type: Rotating shifts including weekends, specific shifts to be determined

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $72 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide on-shift leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, and compassionate patient care
Round on patients and address service or safety concerns
Serve as a resource for clinical and interpersonal issues
Take charge nurse assignments as needed
Participate in unit orientations and training programs

Qualifications

Current RN license
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Medsurg Tele experience required
Strong central line experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

MedSurg Tele experience
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Cerner EMR system
Strong clinical and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
