Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM or 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM or 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM (8-hour shifts, rotating shifts including weekends)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist surgeons and medical teams during surgical procedures
Prepare and maintain sterile equipment and supplies
Ensure efficient and safe operation of the OR
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Surgical Tech
BLS certification required
NBSTSA certification required
Experience working in a fast-paced OR environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required
Post-secondary education or training in Surgical Technology preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Surgical procedures and techniques
Sterile processing and equipment maintenance
Patient care and safety protocols
Effective communication and teamwork
