Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a step-down unit
Manage patients with complex conditions such as Sepsis, Heart Failure, and Respiratory Failure
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans

Qualifications

2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
ACLS and BLS certifications required
Strong medical skills with experience in a step-down unit

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Medical knowledge with focus on critical care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
