Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Start Date: 06-15-2026

End Date: 09-14-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and every 3rd weekend, with possible floating to ED psych holds or MedSurg floors

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a MedSurg/Tele unit
Work with patients who have mental illness and secondary psychiatric diagnoses
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Participate in unit-specific orientation and training programs

Qualifications

Current RN licensure
BLS and ACLS certifications
MedSurg/Tele experience preferred
Psychiatric experience preferred but not required

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in MedSurg/Tele nursing
Ability to work with patients with mental illness
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) skills
