Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: 8 hours, flexible to 10 hours for PT travelers, Monday-Friday, specific start/end times discussed during orientation

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
Work collaboratively with therapy leaders, aides, and other healthcare professionals
Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with diverse needs
Participate in departmental activities, including education and training programs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist license in California
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience working in an outpatient or acute care setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Physical Therapy degree

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy techniques and modalities
Patient assessment and treatment planning
EMR systems, specifically Cerner
Collaboration and teamwork
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
