Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients with CHF, respiratory conditions, GI issues, diabetes, and post-cath needs
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry strips each shift to ensure patient safety
- Collaborate with the care team on a 49-bed unit with supportive ratios of 1:5
- Float to East Campus or PCU when needed to support patient care across the facility
- Administer set-rate drips such as Diltiazem/Cardizem while monitoring patient response
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Ability to pass dysrhythmia exam with 80% score within two attempts
- Experience reading basic tele strips and interpreting dysrhythmias
- Some background with CVA/TIA and total joint replacement patients preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation
- Medical/Surgical nursing fundamentals
- Patient assessment and care planning
- Cerner documentation experience
- Comfort working with BiPAP, CPAP, and breathing treatments
